Last updated: April 10, 2026
1. General Information
The Warranty Group provides vehicle service plan information, claims guidance, customer support, and related administrative communications through this website and associated channels.
2. No Insurance / Service Contract Basis
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed service agreement, the information presented on this website is for general informational purposes only. Any protection plan, service contract, coverage limit, exclusion, benefit, approval, or reimbursement remains subject exclusively to the final written contract issued to the customer.
3. Website Information
We aim to keep all information accurate and current. However, service plan descriptions, benefits, pricing references, contact channels, and other website content may be updated, revised, restricted, or discontinued without prior notice.
4. Claims and Repair Authorization
No repair work should begin without prior authorization where required under the applicable service agreement. Submission of a claim, inquiry, estimate, or repair request does not guarantee approval, eligibility, reimbursement, or payment.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate personal and vehicle information.
- Review all contract terms before purchase or activation.
- Maintain the vehicle in accordance with manufacturer requirements and the applicable agreement.
- Keep supporting records, invoices, and maintenance documentation when required.
- Contact the appropriate department before taking actions that may affect eligibility or claim review.
6. Pricing, Taxes, and Administrative Information
Any price, subtotal, tax, term, mileage amount, or related figure displayed on documents or communications is subject to the final approved transaction and applicable Canadian tax rules. Administrative or data-entry errors may be corrected when identified.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Warranty Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or commercial damages arising from website use, delayed communications, denied claims, repair timing, reliance on preliminary information, or third-party actions.
8. Third-Party Repair Facilities and Service Providers
Repair shops, administrators, payment channels, and other third parties may participate in portions of the service process. Their independent actions, delays, estimates, or recommendations do not by themselves modify contract coverage or create guarantees beyond the written agreement.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised version to the extent permitted by applicable law.
